Any suggestions on fillet welding the two together. Seeing a lot of cracking goin on.

My best two are Inco Weld A and Incoweld HX - If I only had one I'd go with Inco Weld A

There are more than a dozen types of inconel. Tell us exactly which one your tryng to join to the 316.
Also say something about the thickness and service conditions.

Sorry larry, it is Inconel 600 to 316 S/S.
