Mr. Roen has been in and around welding for 71 years……., including 5 years in NDT…… He holds three patents and has five more in application……His career includes 18 Years in the Space programs, 8 years off shore,  25 years research in process & equipment. He is presently introducing automation into the Canadian oil field tank production operations
TOPIC: A look back at the importance of the manual welding process as concerns the value of automation, mechanization and the ultimate robot.  He links to the extremely important tie in with Non-Destructive Testing to assure the success of process control.
