If I use a prequalified base metal in table 3.2 Group A (304L) and one from Group B (304) and using table 3.3, will I have to use the lower strength classification?

What if my material test report lists my base metal a dual cert. (304/304L) can I use a filler metal in group B or will I have to run a PQR in accordance with Section 4?
