It sounds as if you may be looking for data on the effects of rolling direction or working direction orientation on results of guided bend tests. For plate tests, the preferred orientation is for the direction of rolling to be transverse to the weld axis. There is some info in the AWS D1.1 Commentary on this I believe. You may also find related info in the AWS Welding Handbook or the book "Weldability of Steels" by Stout.
