hi, been awhile since i posted. i just have an off question about a welders whip! and i beleive i am looking for a 10 ft. stinger lead with a tweco or other brand connector . i am just about to graduate and looking at jobs ! and whip term threw me! can some one set me sraight on this!

Where I'm at a wire gun with leed is called a whip also.
If you get the kind of whip this gal can crack she will set you stright.

Yeah get u 10 or 15 foot of smallest lead u can find ultraflex cable works the best take a 250 tweco and a male tweco twist connector and u r in bussiness!!

12vstrokethis heck yeah now that's a name I gotta 97 12valve weldin rig 330 injectors fuel plate installed plus timein adj.and 400 rpm gov. Spring 600 bucks unreal power dtt trannsmission too another 7k but worth every penny will smoke just bout any other rig on the row!

Hell ya thanks I have a couple of them I was thinking about that at one time but I wanted twins to but was just worried about the tranny and u couldn't find the truck I wanted. You have any pics Sa200ds@yahoo.com

15 foot minimum length. Anything shorter and you'll be tripping/twisting an ankle on the twist connector.

I'd go with a 15 or 20 foot myself. Think mine is about 10 right now and when your standing on a 12ft ladder welding pipe you have a time fighting the heavy connector. My cable is about due a good refresh anyhow and will go with a longer one. If it's that long it'll keep the lug on the ground. Already hard enough on the ladder when you tote up two grinders, leather rod holder and what ever else you can think of.
