I am giving a price to rebuild the front of a log trailer. From the front where the glad hands are back 10', fifth wheel plate, king pin, bolsters, everything. I am making the I-beams out of T1. I am going to make the I- beams 16" and taper it down to 12". I am concern on how hard it is going to be to bend the bottom flange to make the taper. What do yall think is going to be the best way to do this?

Thanks for the info but I was looking for a way I didn't have to cuss as much, but I guess I could use it as stress relief. Its good I can build it up side down. Hope it goes good I start a big bridge beam job in a couple of weeks.
