Does anyone have knowledge about jobs in South Carolina, I heard they are paying for people to go to school there and then offering them a job for $18.00 an hour for 1000 hours  then they can move up the ladder from there. What if you are a student from another state just completing training, what is the outlook and would the base pay be the same?
