Maybe the candidates are just supposed to put their CWI cards on their dashboards when they enter the city limits and everything will just sort itself out :)

No, no, no Lawrence. Thats what the stamp is for. You stamp your forehead so's folks knows you're a CWI.
I've never found any other use for it.
I sent him a pm and haven't heard anything back yet.
But from here in AZ, he might have gone home for the day and doesn't live on his computer like some of the rest of us. LOL!!

ALL CWI must paint themselves dayglo orange, and upon entering any city call the local police and stand for at least 24 hours at the city limit sign "HEY I AM FKKJHKHKHNG over here!!!!!!" I do not want to get into what the guys with NDT cards have to go thru....its not fit for public consumption!

I went to the CWI Check-In Point in Columbus and they said I had to have a reference letter from Tonto and the Lone Ranger.
