That second vid is cool! A torch that runs off water and 4 oz's of water went 100 miles! That's what, 400mpg! And all done on an older car without building an entirely new hydrogen fueling stations or electrical charging stations across the country.

This type of torch has been around quite a while, it is commonly used by jewlers.

As for fuling vehicles, don't be fooled, be fuled.
