We have an automated TIG system that is currently running 1/16" aluminum wire.  I'd like to be able to run 3/32" but haven't found much in the way of teflon liners.  Most of the 3/32" liners have a fairly large wall thickness.  Does anyone have any suggestions on good suppliers to check out for that sort of thing?

Thanks

The only place I have seen something like you are looking for is for brake or other hydraulic systems. Here is one online hose place you might try.   http://www.hosexpress.com/teflonhose/teflonhose.htm

A machine shop may be able to help also? I can't think of anything else.

Unless your liner length is unusually long or curved, I doubt you would have a big binding issue using a standard liner that would accomodate your mammoth 3/32" filler.
