we have 2 new dynasty 200 miller welders and we are fighting porosity problems in 1 inch .062 6061 alu in 3g position wandering if any one else run in to these problems or are we setting machines wrong?

Look at Balence control settings.

The AC balence  performs and is measured a bit differently on a Dynasty when compared to a transformer type power supply.

A transformer machine set to max penetration (10 on a 1-10 control knob)  will be producing 68% DCEN

Your inverter based Dynasty will provide a real time digital readout up to 99% DCEN.

Transformer set to 7 of 10 on balence puts out about 55% DCEN...

Try backing down to between 60 and 65 on your balence and see if you don't find better etching, no porosity and better wetting at the toes.

First thing last... Check your fittings shield gas fittings   :)   .
