Looking for a CWI in Oxnard, CA

60 day long project, (March 14 thru May 14) $35.00 per hour, sadly no per diem offered at this job site. Time will be spent working at our fab shop in Oxnard and working offshore on several different platforms. When working offshore, it will be 12 hr shifts, and of course food/lodging are provided.

How much ( % ) of the work is offshore? With no per diem and that rate I'm guessing you want someone local.

The ratio is probably 50-50, yes I was hoping for a local candidate, or at least someone that understands the pay rate going into the project.

Sounds fair considering the area. I am local in So.Cal however I work out of State. You are looking for a CWI applicant? No additional certifications?

Actually I have filled the position, but yes, I generally hire CWI's that have some ppiping experience, are comfortable with windows based O/S for reports. I also like some sort of NDT experience.

I sourced my candidate from else where, but that is to be expected given the short notice. Thanks for the welcome, this looks to be a great resource for future openings!
