Does anyone know of a good running all position stainless fluxcore wire? Im welding 304ss in the field. I need a all position wire. I was told to try some Esab shield bright 308L Has anyone run this wire out of posision? I didnt want to buy a roll just to try it out.$$$$$$$$$

Metrode and Kobe are the cadillacs in my experience.

We use Lincoln Ultracore 309L but you probably don't want the 309 for your application.  It runs great all position of course you need gas shielding with it.  I'm sure lincoln makes a filler you can use in the Ultracore.

I am partial to Avesta Metals stainless steel electrodes for all processes.
Partly because everything I have used works. Partly because one of their engineers, Mr. Chuck Meddows was a frequent guest expert on this forum before he passed on a couple years ago.

They will respond to your questions, provide hard and digital copies of all the data you need and the welding wires work!
