Has anyone had experience with TRITON or VERSalloy hardsurfacing materials?
Using astm A514 gr E base material with 310ss buildup and TRITON or VERSalloy hardsurface to same hardsurface.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Are you referring to Stoody Versalloy? If so, it really isn't a hardsurfacing product. According to the product data sheet, it is a general purpose repair electrode designed for joining S/S to other alloys or as a cushion layer for hardfacing.

If so, you might want to visit www.stoody.com and locate the nearest account manager for a better recommendation.
