Application : tube sheet 6 mm thick or 10 mm thick ; tube size 27 mm diameter, tube wall thickness 1.5 mm , carbon steel
Question : who has experience with pulsed GMAW for this application, rather than mechanised GTAW.

Ed Craig did some of this work with Combustion Engineering for boiler tubes with robots and pulsed MIG. His phone # is on the www.weldreality.com site.
