Does anyone know what is different about the front ends of a 94.5 to 97 1 ton 4x4 srw and a 4x4 drw, is it the king pins or? any info would be great.

I am not a 100% on this but I think the Twin I Beam was used only on the F150-F250 that late.  I "think" all the F350 in that period were either monobeam or straight front axle.  I know they quit it for good by 98.

They where great in the dirt...not so great a front end for the highway.

Thanx Tommy, I have a 95 powerstroke bastard dually, it was a srw then the person who had it before me put a sterling 129n 4:10 10.250  dually rear end on it, my passenger side rear axle broke last sunday and I figured while I was gettin dirty might as well do the front end also and make it right, anywho thanx again for the info.

The only difference is the wheel spacers on the dually front end, all the repair parts, ball joints, tie rod ends, hubs, are the same.

the only truck you could get in a 4x4 dually in those years was an F-350 cab and chassis.    the only difference in the front end of those truck vs. the SRW trucks was the hubs.

The rear ends and springs on the DRWS were also different.
