Alex, be careful of the ebay sales. There have been pirated materials sold over ebay. No control over what you get. Getting it here should not be a problem. Hopefully!!
You will not be able to take the exam with anything but copyrighted Code material. Not sure of exact wording for that, but no copies or pirated versions.
On one hand I was told the current exams would only allow the 2010 D1.1 version as of just recently. BUT, one of the people taking the exam last week showed me his AWS confirmation letter which stated he could use 2006, 2008, or 2010. I'll do more checking on that but be prepared. There are several changes from the 2006 & 08 to the 2010. Could cause a couple of questions to get answered incorrectly. Could make the difference between pass or fail.
