Their engines(diesel) did, not sure about the new 6.7L but have to say this about Ford trucks, they have one hell of a frame and suspension underneath them, don't have to worry about weak azz drag links, wheel bearings and the "front ends not strong enough to support this Cummins" I always hear. Ultimate truck, buy the Ford Chassis(450/550), Cummins engine, Allison transmission, put them all together rig'd out.

My cab doesn't rattle like a tin can when I shut the door after 250K and my 7.3 Diesel still starts every morning and takes me where I need to go and back. No front end problems, and it still stops on a dime scaled out at 10K. Not bad for a worn out 2000 F-350 welding truck.

Nothing like the payload capacity, and brakes of a Ford!
Too bad Ford didn't beat Dodge to the 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins!
When I drove my new Dodge home from the dealer I almost missed my turn off, I didn't think that Dodge was ever going to stop!
