Is anyone aware of a welding repair class anywhere? Kind of a "real world" what you will run into in the field, structual or agricultural things that need to be fixed and how to fix them class. Not necessarialy pipe. somewhere in Iowa would be great.

We have a Blacksmith Association here in Nebraska. A couple times a year they get together at the local Tech College and talk about that sort of thing. You could google and see if they the same type of thing over there in Ioway. :grin:

I think the school I've been attending is probably the same as most others, the school of hard knocks! A plus is good friends you can call when your really stumped.
