Employer here, I am looking for the best reliable web based site that would have the best way to find welders that are looking for work.  Somewhere I can pull names or post positions.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe employers and workers needing work can use the 'JobFind' section of the AWS Website.  Have you checked it out?  Go to the 'Home' page of the Website and there should be a spot down at the bottom you can click to get there.

Posting up info here will get some responses as well.  Many of the members here are looking.

Have a Great Day,  Brent

No, i just want to go to a website and be able to search and find as many welders as possible.  I need about 60-100 welders now and by next year at least another 60 plus.  I have a huge need but the skill level of the welders coming in the door is slim pickings.

Good welders can smell money and will come to it like a bear comes over the mountains when he smells bacon.

Offer high wages and you will get what you want.

100 welders?  must be a rig yard.  slim on experience means they are only paying $45.00 an hour.
