Are you sure it is a '63?  Looks like code 4150 / ser A421893 and that would make it a 1960.  Don't think they made a blue tint in 1963

Thank you Nitesky Your right !! It is a 1960, I mixed them up, I have a 63 blue with ser # of 461_ _ _    its looks to be the right face plate.
