Wildfires in Bastrop Tx

So far about 15k acre has burned and at 8:00pm 300 homes are burned. This is just in bastrop county. Travis had 3 out of control and Caldwell Co. had one for sure. And the winds will be back tomorrow gusting 30 mph, it might stop when it gets to I-10.

And PK is ablaze again as well. Hopefully this wind will shift to the south and maybe bring up some rain.

My grandparents live on PK lake. They told me that they've got a bag packed ready to get evacuated for the second time this year, if/when the need arises.

Last I heard was 35k acers and 1400 homes just in Bastrop county.
