http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/trending-now/man-sues-white-castle-because-over-booth-size-160126946.html

Hahaha!! Saw this and had to laugh! Guy is sueing White Castle because....he can't fit in the booth at the restaurant. He compared himself to the handicap and pregnent mothers. Something that gets me with that statement though, a pregnant woman will, after nine months no longer be pregnant. A handicap person cannot FIX what happened to them unlike this chap who has apparently let to many sliders.....slide down his throat. What lawyer is actually saying, "yeah, this is a good idea, we should waste the federal courts systems time". If I stick my hand in the blade of my lawn mower I guess it's the lawnmower company who is at fault. Chalk another one up for the stupid category and oh yeah, read the quote in my signature....so true, ohhh so true.

I know a girl that was vacuuming her house.. Something got caught in the brush so she flipped the Vacuum cleaner on its back and reached into the still running vacuum cleaner and something sharp was stuck to the brush..

This sharp object sliced the tip of her finger off.. I don't think it got bone but got everything up to the bone..

Well a few months later Hoover Shelled out $300k for the accident.. Judge ruled in her favor because there were NO warnings indicating that bodily harm was possible if she reached into the running Vacuum cleaner.. True story..!!!

Hahaha!!!! That's amazing! I just find it hard to believe that there has to be a warning on EVERYTHING, written in read with little cartoon drawings of a seperated hand and blood in order for people to realize that maybe, just maybe what I am about to do is not such a good idea. Then we have the judge out there that says, ok stupid, because the company was not protecting the stupid people they will have to suffer by shelling out a ton of money. Who needs comedians, life is living, breathing, reality show!! I'm going to the gas station and I'm gonna spray myself with gas and light it. If I survive.....IF, I'm gonna sue the gas station, the manufacturer of the lighter and the clothing manufacturer for not having labels and warnings saying don't spray yourself with gas and intentionally light yourself! LMAO at the stupidity on this earth!!:lol:

Babies should be labeled at birth "may suffer from terminal stupidity". It's up to them to prove the label false.

The last time I was at Mickey D's I noticed that there were handicap markings on some of the table areas, and those were set up with movable chairs. I guess White Castle will have them too, soon.

Stupidity is a mental disability, so I guess it is a "handicap", but I don't consider that an "excuse".

" and those were set up with movable chairs."
These are obviously repeat customers and the restaurant has a vested interest in keeping their business.
BUT!? Do the tables come with a disclaimer so that some non-challenged individual doesn't harm them self while participating in this fine dining experience?
If not, I'm lawyer shopping before I go in.
Forget this working for a living. I wanna reap the harvest of the new American Dream.... Frivolous Litigation.

The handicap sign was part of the design in the laminate table top. There were many of them, but I don't know if there was one on each table. This was a fairly new building, about 2-3 years old. They have probably already been sued.

Well, there goes that idea.
Maybe I can crack a tooth on a pistachio and sue them...
Getting a lawyer has got to be the easy part. Finding a Judge that is sympathetic, now that's got to be the hard part.
