Dear Expert...

When I have production test on T-, Y- or K-Connection CJP Groove welds on Pipe 8" Sch 40 (8.17 mm. Wall thickness)

How many qualified range for pipe size and wall thickness in table 4.11?

Pipe 8" Sch 40 (8.17 mm. Wall thickness) is not covered by Table 4.11.
You either follow Fig 4.27 or Fig 4.28 where the pipe dimensions are given.

My question it mean in the sometime may no have choice in production test. Because, Pipe 8" sch 40 are mostly used in fabrication, I'm looking at table 4.11 and can not find the answer.

Using Fig 4.27 – and nominal test thk of min 12mm.

You welder is qualified to the following.

Min pipe size dia : 100mm
Max pipe size dia : Unlimited

Min wall thk : 5mm
Max wall thk : Unlimited
