I need clarification
Welder qualified with metallic (SMAW) and ceramic baking strip(fcaw).
WPS/PQR-Single V-SMAW- qualified with backgouging.
WPS/PQR-Single V-FCAW-qualified with backing weld( with ceramic backinmg strip ).
Question:-
1- Is he qualified to weld with backgouging/without backgouging?
