I am looking at a sae 300 that has 52 hours on it. How do I know if it was broke in right. Is it to late save it if it wasn't. I have seen you guys talk about wetstacking, what do you mean by that. Thanks for your help.

wet stacking is caused when the machine wasnt load banked or at least run on high idle for the first 50 hours to seat the rings and the machine will start blowing fuel or oil out of the exhaust. just bought a new 300d and had mine load banked. no problems so far. hope this helps.

At 50 hours, if you are concerned, just take it out and work it hard for a while. Even if it wasn't broke in hard, it will be fine.

Ok thanks. We are doing some thirty inch 750 wall that should do it.
