I have a friend on the tesyt and repair crew for the san bruno line  that blew several monts ago.

Yesterday they wer hydro testing  existing pipe when the longitudal seam blew completely apart
luckily no one was hurt, It made front page of the bakersfield calif news paper  the californian
this should put some more welders to work.
