D1.3 forms

Does anyone know where to locate the welding forms (wps/pqr/wpqr) for D1.3 - 2008 addition. I am looking for forms I can fill in on the computer and then print out for records. The AWS website seem to have forms for most D1 codes except for this one. This is for a small fab shop operation so we are not looking at buying a program such as C-spec. Thanks.

I make my own from MS word.

By importing excell cells and adding drop down menus for my variables etc.

I used the example in the annex as an inspirational template.

I'll attach a D1.1 example because it's fairly clean and recently reviewed.

But really it's a pretty minor change to modify for different codes once you get the knack of making the template.

Thanks Lawrence. I have been toying with an excel spreadsheet set up today. I am not the best computer person although my lovely bride provides plenty of helpful input.
