Lincoln College of Technology in Denver invites you to come and tour our new facility. We have our new welding program up and running with 8,200sq feet of welding lab with 90 dedicated work stations for training our students. We use Lincoln and Miller machines and every booth has its own exhaust system. We also have a separate cutting and grinding room.  Our curriculum is AWS and we are part of the SENSE program. Come by and see us, take a tour and meet our students I promise it is well worth the time. From the chair: We had a great meeting at General Air last month. We learned SteelMax is a Colorado company that is working hard to provide new products to help us be more efficient and effective. Give ‘em a look the next time your shopping for tools to bevel, cut, and grind.  Check www.awscolorado.org for section news and events.  December meeting will be at CSM. Dr. Steven Liu will talk about silica slag in GMAW.
