We are using induction pressure welding process for tube butt welding for superheaters and
reheaters for fossil power boilers. This process has been adopted based on the practice of Combustion Engg.,Chatt.
There is a problem of 100 % reliable checking of joint by UT.Does alternate welding process such as MIG,etc., has been used by this application? We need advice from boiler tube manufacturers or experts on this issue.
