Fracture Critical Member Welding and S84 Supp. Requirement

Is anyone familier with Supplemental Requirement S84 that is referenced in my AREMA code for steel structures?

Yes this is for a fracture critical weldment.
I've been through it 3x now and can't find it. I also went through ASTM A709 nothing there. I went through the A673 CVN spec as well as A6 and can't find it.

Any help owuld be appreciated, thanks

Follow up in case anyone else needs it.
The S84 is an old referance from AREMA. The 2009 edition has it in it but not the newer edition, it was changed to a table 8 or table 9.
Also because I had the newer ASTM specs that had already been changed from S84 to the table that's why I coulnd't find it.
So be sure you are using the correct and latest editions of the specs and they should match up.
