Makita GA9020,  9". Makitas web site says this grinder has an "AC/DC switch for use with alternative power source." So I think it's an AC/DC model. I get the tool today and it says 120V 50-60htz with the AC only wave not the AC/DC wave with the line under it. It is also double insulated according to the manual. Is anyone using this tool on a DC only (SA200) machine. Thanks- Ted

Called the factory, it is AC/DC even though the tool doesn't say so.

Hey Ted how many amps does that have? Looking for a bigger grinder but my 4-1/2 to 5" metabo usually has the same power or pretty close to the big ones.
