So far it has been a great year and I have been very busy for the most part.  Here is some recent jobs.  This ain't pipeline or oilfield work but it is paying my bills just fine.  This stuff is for the state, contractors, individuals and utility companies.   As of this post I have 85K in bids out and all is looking good.

This last one was welding up earthquake proofing on a mausoleum...definitely one of the weirder jobs I have done.

I love my job!!!

Tommy,
Third pic down..... PLEASE tell me that is not your weld.

Glad you are staying busy. And you also get to do a variety of things! Nice work.

I was wondering that too.
If you look at the next picture after that, it looks like the same hinge (or a similar one).  My guess is that somebody tacked the hinges in place, painted over the slag, and he came in, ground it out, and made the pretty weld in pic 4.

Nice work, and nice variety! What exactly are you doing in that last picture?

jrw159  the fourth picture is what I replaced the third picture with....yea those were pretty bad and there were a lot of them.

Northweldor  The last two are the same job.  Had to crawl inside those and weld rebar/plates together in the precast for what they called "earthquake proofing".  That job turned into some expensive handrail I am building right now.

Yeah, that is what I figured. I had to give you a hard time though.
