Good morning everyone,

I have read and read and I guess D1.6 has beat me.  :)  Could someone please point me in the direction as to where this code gives me the material thickness limits on a fillet weld for a welder qualification?  I see the PQR thickness ranges.  However, again, what about the welder qualification ranges?
