We have developed a greatly improved Black Flux. The chemistry is the same as standard Black Flux but the manufacturing process is completely different.  As an analogy consider a ten year old television set and a modern, flat screen high definition television set.  The modern television set has a great number of advantages over older sets because it is made in an entirely different way.

Because the chemistry is the same the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is identical except for minor details of product name and similar.  The safety and environmental considerations are identical.

The advanced manufacturing process produces a much cleaner, purer product.
Description - High-temp, black brazing flux paste; boron-modified.
For Ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, stainless and carbide
BAg BCuP 565-980°C  1,050-1,800°F
AMS 3411; AWS A5.31-19, Type FB3C; O-F 499, Type B

Meets or exceeds all brazing standards for purity including the new European EN 1045 “Brazing – Fluxes For Brazing”.

Suggested Retail pricing begins at $24.00 USD per pound.  Our web site price is $18.99  per pound.  This prices it at about 50% over standard White and Black fluxes at the retail level.  There are quantity price breaks.

Private labeling is available.  Shipping is from the United States Midwest.

This is a fully developed product that is currently being manufactured on a production basis.
