Had a guy show up at my door trying to sell me a security system.....I just showed him my dogs and then my collection..."dude I think I got it covered". :grin:

I wonder about the US military when told to turn on its own with deadly force....hard to fathom that one.

I just can't imagine this happening in America.
We are of a different mindset than those with hundreds or thousands of years of historically relying on a monarchy to protect us.

I dont think this would ever happen in the USA but..... It is scary to see what has happend in the past in other places Around The World. You hear all the stories in History class but somehow you become numb to the stories till you see a picture. It was hard for me to understand why my grandpa would lie about his age and forge papers to join the US NAVY at 16 1/2 to fight in WW II. It makes sence if you see pictures like that and think that these Guys are On There Way to your country...!

I don't believe we would turn on our own in USA either but I can fathom us losing our Second Amendment rights thru congressional legislation if we don't stand tough to protect our right to bear arms.

I would bet that the people that this happened to probably said " I don't think that will ever happen in my country" never under estimate the power of a government that is infected with disease "greed and corruption" .
