Hello all,
Could anyone tell me or sharing where I can get the D1.1 "Welder performance qualification template" from? Is there any that  I could download to my pc?

Hey Paul, 
Does the line where you list the "Material/Spec." let you type them in?   I don't know if it's my computer or the form.  Some lines fill in larger than others too.

I tried using the online form N-4 but some sections printed larger than others and the base materials just don't go where they are supposed to.  I spent a few hours and made one on MS Word.  It's not perfect:
