I have not heard of any.  But the place to check is with the RWMA people.  (Resistance Welders Manufacturer's Association)  Unfortunately, when it comes to resistance welding most people develop their own custom specifications.  Even for automotive welding all the automakers have developed their own weld standards.

There is a special forum for resistance welding here at AWS and your post would be a better fit there.  But it does not see much activity.
