working with API SPEC 2C, this specification delegated the structural construction of these cranes to AWS D1.1 and API RP 2A.

1 °. - The point is if anyone knows where in the AWS or API tells me the inclination (degrees) outside their verticality allowable this pedestal has a length of 24 meters.

2 °. - For welding INSPECTION by NDT, API RP 2A indicates perform UT and MT, the question is for the ultrasound technique is necessary to describe the procedure and the inspector according to API RP 2X??

RP2X requires demonstration of the technique for UT, and a detailed demonstration for technician performing the exam. To my knowledge, you cannot avoid having a procedure and demonstrating the same.

Regarding the 'verticality' tolerance, I am not certain, but I believe that's a call for the EOR.
