I currently have a project to complete making some grillwork out of 1/8" x 3/4" C385 bar stock. I have to lightly join the intersection of two bars on edge with a clean weld. I am presently using a Miller Sycrowave 250 with pure Argon as we are setup for aluminum welding. This is our first foray into the copper based alloy world and I need some direction to start for a good setup.
The only info I have is DCEN, pure argon and thoriated tungsten.
Is this the proper staring point?? Can this material be mig welded??
Thanks for all the help,
