There are two tension reduced sections, and the parallel length equals widest of weld(actual the maximum weld width is 15mm) plus 13mm added length, so the total parallel length

is 28mm according to ASME IX, but the test room made a mistake,  they machined the parallel length about 80mm,  i am not sure this tension reduced section can be accepted by
