I just spent several long minutes on hold with the Certification Department at AWS. Mike was very patient with me explaining that my application may have fallen through the cracks. That's interesting: there were no "cracks" when it came time to bill my company's VISA card four weeks ago!

Just curious...Did you keep a copy of everything?  Did you send it 'Return Receipt Requested' so you could prove it was sent and then that they got it? 

Those items can save a lot of frustration.

I have/did all you suggested. I believe the charge to CC was proof that it was received.

You are right there.  I was just checking.  It should be obvious to all concerned at the office that it was received.  Now, just find it or at least be fair about any time frame as to allowing you to get things redone and sent, no money of course. 

Hope they get it figured out for you with a minimum amount of frustration.

They seem to manage to always lose my eye exam. When I haven't received anything for a few weeks, I call and end up faxing an additional copy of my eye exam. I usually receive my renewal cert pretty fast after that.

Thanks John; only thing is I'm 200 miles away from my copies of everything!
