Looking for a value on this machine

Miller Bluestar 185

Does not have auto idle or electric start
5-6yrs old (i think, might be 4-5)
on its 3rd or maybe 4th rheostat

I would guess it to be roughly 1000-1500 hrs on the unit.
On its 3rd pull cord, needs a recoil spring or maybe an adjustment, works just lazy to rewind
Starts mint, Runs Mint, no dents or gashes.

Thoughts on a value to attach to it. No leads.
