Does anyone know of a good forum for getting some good relyable information about the CSA W47.1 (Canadian's version of D1.1, sort-of!).

First question.... is there a limited on how far you can change the amps and volts from the PQR?
Second... Is there a templete from the PQR form and or WPDS form?

I am not Canadian nor have I work with this standard before but can someone help me walk-thru it?

Do you have a copy of the standard?

You can't play the game if you don't have a rule book.

If you can't afford to buy the rule book you are only going to get hurt playing the game. It is like playing hockey without the right protective gear.

Yea, I bought it, $215.  Anyway, just like AWS, vague in the important areas.  I am looking for someone just to bounce some questions off of to make sure that I am intrepreting it the correct way.
