Where can IIW blocks be bought. As shown in Fig.6.5 of AWS D1.5:2010

Can someone be so kind to tell me the website and the price for each of the blocks.IIW,SC,DSC,DC,RC,DS blocks

A lot of companies sell them. Question is, do you need them to have certs?

I suggest contacting www.Phtool.com as they have a good selection of "scratch and dent" blocks that are jsut as good as the more expensive stuff.
