I am doing a fillet weld break test for a welder qualification per D1.2 and on the sample form it askes for "LENGTH AND PERCENT OF DEFECTS" and also "INCHES__________%". All the dimensions should come from the acceptance criteria found in Para, 3.10.3.1 but my question is what does the form want for information. Can someone send me a sample of what needs to go in these two spaces. Thank you in advance.
