Hi,

We are going to work for the first time with pipes of material SA-335 Gr. P91, and we want to know if is possible to cut the pipes with thermal process like OAC or it must be done just with mechanical ways.

I thanks any help that you can give us.

It can be cut with OAC but you need to preheat it just as you do for welding.
You also need to make sure that you remove the HAZ from the cut area afterwards.

It will cut OK, but not stunningly well, there is enough chrome in there to make OFC somewhat difficult.  Plan on a some slag adhering to the bottom edge.  As Jeff says, you really want to remove the HAZ, which generally involves a good bit of grinding.  PAC may be a good option, as the HAZ will probably be smaller.
