We're considering the OTC DP400 for our manufacturing facility.  We do mostly mild steel - 14 ga. to 1/2" thick - and fillet weld sizes 1/8" to 3/8".  We run 24 hours a day for 5 days a week.  I'm looking for any kind of feedback or personal experiences concerning duty cycle, availability of parts, machine longevity, etc.  This machine is in our price range, looks to be able to do everything we need it to and could save the company a lot of money if it lives up to the hype.  But, I need to know what's hype and what isn't.  I really need some honest opinions.
