Almost went but backed out with a pretty good gig staying more local. 

Then, several years ago, a guy came to me and asked me to help him with a project something like that first pic of the state in a piece of pipe.  I'll have to check my pics and see how similar it is.  I think he said he worked on the line and wanted to duplicate the plaque.

Cool pictures. I think my welding teacher back in 1998 worked on this, him and his brother if I remember correctly.
