I am looking to revisit an article that was in the Welding Journal a few years ago on the topic of arc blow, particularly in welding the 1" V groove test plate. The article had referenced the New York State DOT test. I wanted to share it with some co-workers but I don't the magazine any more. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how one would retrieve such information? Thank You
